Job description
- · Welcome and greet visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors entering the X-Space showroom.
- · Answer inquiries: Respond to inquiries about Fujifilm products, services, workshops, and events in a knowledgeable and helpful manner.
- · Manage appointments: Schedule appointments for customers interested in product demonstrations or consultations.
- · Handle customer service: Assist customers with their purchases, returns, and any other customer service needs.
- · Maintain the reception area: Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- · Administrative tasks: Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining records.
- · Manage the point of sales: POS operation, sales related document operation.
- · Promote Fujifilm X-Space: Actively promotes X-Space activities, workshops, and online community to visitors.
- · Support the X-Space team: Assist the X-Space team with events, workshops, and other activities as needed.
Qualifications
- · Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English are essential. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- · Customer service orientation: A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for visitors.
- · Product knowledge: A good understanding of Fujifilm cameras, lenses, and accessories is preferred. The willingness to learn is essential.
- · Professional appearance and demeanor: Always maintain a professional and presentable appearance.
- · Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- · Team player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
