Customer Service Export-Sea Freight

Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate Sea Export shipments from booking confirmation through vessel departure.
• Receive and process export bookings from customers and coordinate shipment arrangements with relevant parties.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, overseas agents, customers, shippers, and consignees.
• Arrange vessel bookings and monitor vessel schedules, ETD/ETA, SI cut-off, and CY cut-off.
• Coordinate container bookings, empty container release, container pickup, and delivery to the port/terminal.
• Prepare, verify, and submit export documents, including Shipping Instruction (SI), Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and VGM (Verified Gross Mass).
• Follow up on B/L draft, B/L confirmation, and final B/L issuance with shipping lines and customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sea Export within the Freight Forwarding industry.
• Experience handling Export Shipments, Bookings, and coordination with Shipping Lines.
•  Candidates who are available to start immediately will be given special consideration.
