Job description
- He / She will be in charge of considering and making decision of Return / Refund cases
- Contact buyer / seller and related stakeholders to investigate or negotiate to solve Return / Refund cases
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, case management or related experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skill – reading, speaking and writing (English is a plus)
- Strong critical and logical thinking skills
- Ability to work in Shift (5 days per week)
- Bachelor's Degree or a high vocational certificate in a related area.
- Male (who has already passed the military burden) or Female, Age not more than 40 years old
