Job description

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues related to Grab Financial services , such as: Loan applications and loan status
  • Repayment inquiries Financial account-related issues
  • Support additional service lines when required, including: Grab Transport (ride-related issues, driver–passenger coordination) GrabFood (order status, delivery issues, merchant coordination)
  • Communicate with customers via
  • Live Chat, phone calls, and email
  • , handling an average of
  • 80–100+ cases per day
  • Accurately assess customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions based on company policies and guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams, drivers, merchants, and relevant stakeholders to resolve cases effectively
  • Provide clear guidance and explanations to customers regarding product usage, processes, and next steps
  • Ensure all cases are documented correctly and updated in internal systems
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or additional responsibilities as assigned by the team leader or manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Finance, Business, Hospitality, or related fields is a plus)
  • Experience in
  • Customer Service, Call Center, or Support roles
  • Comfortable working in a
  • shift-based environment
  • , including weekends and public holidays
  • Good communication skills in
  • English or Chinese
  • (spoken and written)
  • Typing skills in Thai and English (minimum
  • 35 words per minute

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Able to work under pressure and handle a high volume of cases
