Job description
- รับสายลูกค้าที่โทรเข้ามาสอบถามเรื่องกรมธรรม์ต่างๆ ลูกค้าจะโทรมาสอบถาม เช่นเรื่องการเคลมประกัน หรือสอบถามตัวประกันที่ลูกค้าถือว่าครอบคลุมการรักษาไหม
- รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า สร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับลูกค้า
- *** ไม่ใช่งานขายประกัน ไม่ต้องทำยอด หรือ KPI เน้นให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างเดียว ***
