Job description
- Answer customer calls with accurately, efficiently and professionally by following call center processes of logistics/e-commerce business
- Resolving customer cases and escalating cases to the appropriate team
- Processing requests of the customers and tracking until case completion
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
- Fulfill other work assigned by supervisors or managers
Qualifications
- Prioritize experienced candidates (No fresh graduates)
- Have experience in an inbound call center (at least 1 year. / 6-8 months depending on experience ex. Telecom or Banking or Transcosmos CS)
- Need to know/familiar with call script
- Able to handle pressure and control customer emotion
- Not required Eng. communication skills - able to read, basic english
- A proactive, fast learner, team player with ability to work in dynamic environments
- Flexible and open-minded with good service mind with the ability to handle customer's complaint and inquiry
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Strong multi-tasking and typing skills (minimum 25 wpm)
- Able to work in shift is an advantage
