Job description
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via emails, online chats, and/or social media platforms through the company's CRM system within SLA
- Proactive to take action to solve problems from customers through coordination with relevant departments
- Support high-stakes sellers: Ultra Short-tail and Short-Tail sellers from Non-Shopee services
- Able to make outbound calls to customers to update and inform any information regards their concerns
- Following up and notifying results of problem-solving cases to customers in a timely manner
- Support to conduct a Sellers' call survey on services of Shopee Xpress both general and specific projects
Qualifications
- Able to work in Shift (5 days per week)
- A proactive, fast learner, team player with ability to work in dynamic environments
- Have strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Service-minded and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Customer Service or Call Center is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems and e-Commerce is a plus
