Job description
- Respond to and assist riders by addressing their issues via Live Chat or Webform, including purchase-related problems and account-related inquiries
- Build trust with riders by providing the fastest and most accurate assistance possible
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or to provide additional information
- Collaborate with team to manage and escalate cases as necessary to ensure quick resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field is acceptable
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with good emotional control and practical communication skills
- Possess a service mindset with patience, attentiveness, and the ability to explain solutions clearly
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Willing to work 5 days a week, including 2 weekends on a rotating schedule
- Previous Call Center experience is a plus
