Job description
ตำแหน่ง: Temp, RR L1 DMS Agent
สัญญาจ้าง: สัญญาจ้าง 2 เดือน (พิจารณาต่อสัญญา)มีการเทรนงานก่อน 1 เดือน
• ติดต่อผู้ซื้อและผู้ขายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการคืนสินค้า ผ่านการโทร/อีเมลล์
• ประสานงานกับทีมต่างๆ
• เพื่อแจ้งผลการขอคืนสินค้า / คืนเงินเวลาทำงาน
ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ (หยุดไม่ตรงเสาร์–อาทิตย์)เวลา 10:00 – 19:00 น.
ค่าตอบแทน : 15,000 + Incentive
Qualifications
- เพศชาย หญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี(อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี)
- รับพิจารณา ปวส - ปริญญาตรี ยินดีรับพิจารณาจบใหม่
- หากมีประสบการณ์สาย Customer service หรือ Call center มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์คล่อง Google sheet
- ละเอียดรอบคอบ จัดการงานได้ดี และสื่อสารคล่อง
