Job description
- Pitching & Seller Engagement (Front-line)
- Pitching sellers by call to join or participate in dedicated campaigns and programs
- Assist sellers' inquiries when necessary such as Line chat response, program information advice
- Other tasks as assigned by a team lead
- Campaign & Back-end Support (Operations)
- Help track seller registration, adoption, and performance for seller program
- Coordinate form submissions, lists, and basic data checking
- Work with internal teams (e.g. KAM, Ops, Dev) to follow up on campaign setup and simple execution tasks
- Support in preparing roll-out materials (using Excel and slides)
Qualifications
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track pitching record
- Ability to work under fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and handle ad hoc tasks
- Good team player but able to work independently
- Good command of Google sheet, basic Microsoft office-Excel, and Google slide
- At least 5-6 months of working experience as a Calling Agent, Data support, or Project Coordinator, fresh graduates are welcome as well
