Job description
- Campaign Asset Preparation: Collaborate with the marketing team to gather and prepare assets required for campaigns, including images, copy, and other collateral. Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and specifications.
- Coordination: Work closely with Business Development, Marketing operation and Graphic Design teams to ensure all assets are delivered on time and that the campaign materials align with business objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Review campaign materials for quality and consistency before launch. Conduct final checks to ensure all elements are properly aligned for the campaign’s go-live.
- Communication & Updates: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign status and progress. Address any issues or delays promptly and provide solutions to keep the campaign on track.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields (At least 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry will be a plus)
- Strong communication skills in Thai both verbally and written
- Basic proficiency in English
- Proficiency in using MS Excel or Google Suite (Google Sheets , Google Slides)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and can independently manage own tasks
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
