Job description
- รับผิดชอบในการสรรหาและบริหารพนักงานหน้างานจำนวนมาก ตั้งแต่รับสมัคร–คัดเลือก–นัดสัมภาษณ์ เพื่อเติมกำลังคนให้พอทุกวัน
- ดูแลข้อมูลพนักงาน เช่น Time attendance, OT, กะงาน, วินัย, เอกสารสัญญา
- ประสานงานหัวหน้างานในคลังเพื่อแก้ปัญหาหน้างาน
- เทรนนิ่งเบื้องต้นด้านความปลอดภัย
- ดูแลสวัสดิการพื้นฐาน
- ทำรายงาน headcount/turnover ส่ง HR Manager
Qualifications
✅ มีประสบการณ์ HR / สรรหา (สายคลังสินค้าจะดีมาก)
✅ ไม่จำกัดวุฒิ
✅ สามารถเข้ากะดึก และ/หรือ ทำโอทีได้
