Job description
1. รับ requirement จากลูกค้า / วิเคราะห์ JD
2. สรรหา–คัดเลือกผู้สมัคร และสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้น
3. ทำ shortlist + สรุปโปรไฟล์เสนอให้ลูกค้า
4. ประสานงานนัดสัมภาษณ์ ติดตาม feedback
5. ดูแลกระบวนการจนถึงขั้นตอน offer & onboarding
6. ทำรายงานสถานะการสรรหาให้ลูกค้า
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ Recruit (In-house หรือ Agency) อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- สื่อสารดี เจรจาต่อรองเก่ง จัดการงานหลายอย่างได้
- ใช้ platform หาผู้สมัครคล่อง
