Job description
- Coordinate with internal and external departments using Chinese (Mandarin).
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales and related departments to support data and documentation needs.
- Update sales reports and customer information using MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP).
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of working experience.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to speak Chinese (Mandarin) and write emails in English.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Experience supporting sales teams is an advantage.
- Contract: 6 months (renewal subject to company policy).
- Working schedule: Monday–Friday — Hybrid (Office 3 days / WFH 2 days) - WFH arrangement is subject to company consideration.
