Job description
- Electrical System: Inspect electrical control panels, replace light bulbs/sockets, and handle basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Plumbing System: Repair water leaks/clogs, maintain water pump systems, and replace damaged sanitary fixtures.
- HVAC System: Perform routine air conditioner cleaning, check and refill refrigerants, and fix issues like poor cooling or water leaks.
- General Tasks: Conduct daily routine inspections according to the checklist and stand by for emergency repairs.
Qualifications
- Vocational or High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) in Electrical Power, Mechanical, Automotive, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience as a technician in buildings, condominiums, or shopping malls.
- Possession of an Indoor Electrical License (หนังสือรับรองความรู้ความสามารถช่างไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร) is highly preferred.
- Hardworking, hands-on, able to work in shifts, with a strong service mind.
