Job description
- Handle incoming customer and internal inquiries across multiple channels (Chat, Call, Email)
- Identify issues, troubleshoot, and resolve cases based on SOP and guidelines
- Log, track, and update all cases in the system with complete and accurate information
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to relevant teams in a timely manner
- Support store operations tasks such as store setup, updates, and operational changes when required
- Monitor and manage workload to meet KPIs (response time, resolution time, accuracy)
- Maintain strong attention to detail in all communications and case handling
- Adapt to changing processes, tasks, and business needs as assign
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English (able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken)
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, tools, and processes
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or shifts as assigne
