Job description

  • Controlling the Answer to incoming requests from customers via live chat; Identifying customers.
  • Coordinate online with customers, either collecting or offering them information through a web-based chat program and via e-mail.
  • Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Writing type of customer service or back-end support job done through chat and email in a SPX (Online) setting.

Qualifications

  • Able to work in Shift (6days per week)
  • A proactive, fast learner,team player with ability to work in dynamic environments
  • Have strong interpersonal& communication skills
  • Service-minded and positiveattitude
  • Detail oriented, goodanalytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in CustomerService or Call Center is an advantage
  • Experience with CRM systemand e-Commerce is a plus
