Job description
- Review video/livestream content in the SHP application to ensure compliance with SHP policies and requirements
- Ensure that content quality meets the standards
- Escalate where needed to maintain a feedback loop
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Strong orientation towards skepticism, customer-centric
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends, based on business requirements
- Highly self-driven, capable of multitasking, and working efficiently under time pressure
