Job description
- Perform quality checks to ensure that all relevant competitors’ data are correct. This data includes, but is not limited to, price, item count, variant information, etc.
- Search competitors’ and Lazada’s website for data to manually map products into the system.
- Other assignments that are aligned with the objectives depending on the company’s needs.
Qualifications
- l QC agents must be detail-oriented, and able to manage time well.
- This role requires agents to be detail-oriented since they will have to notice differences and/or similarities between products sold on different platforms.
- The ability to manage their time to process hundreds of products a day while ensuring accuracy of data is also critical.
- Agents must be fluent in Thai, and able to read and understand English, in order to read product descriptions and content
