Job description
- Support Senior Manager in developing and expanding Grab & Go (food & beverage / ready-to-eat / ready-to-drink) business in assigned locations (e.g. petrol stations, mall traffic zones, office areas)
- Identify, approach, and recruit food tenants / franchise partners that align with customer needs and location potential
- Execute leasing process including site survey, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closing
- Plan and optimize tenant mix to drive high turnover and convenience-based consumption (e.g. coffee, bakery, quick meals)
- Coordinate with internal teams (construction, operation, marketing) to ensure smooth store opening and timeline execution
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, space productivity, and tenant performance
- Support promotional activities and bundle campaigns to increase sales and basket size
- Maintain good relationship with tenants and assist in resolving operational issues
- Explore opportunities to improve space utilization and revenue per location
- Stay updated with food & convenience retail trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Leasing / Business Development / Retail / F&B / Convenience store
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Good understanding of consumer behavior in fast-paced / convenience environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Good command of English
