Job description
- Develop and manage leasing for mall categories including Fashion, Jewelry, Sportswear, WiFi Vending Machines, and Parking Management to achieve revenue targets
- Support the Senior Leasing Manager in assigned projects and effectively coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution
- Identify and recruit suitable tenants while planning the optimal tenant mix to meet customer needs in each location
- Enhance customer experience by delivering a strong retail offering, attractive shopping environment, and high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and liaise between tenants and internal teams (e.g., Construction Team, Tenant Coordinators) regarding design and construction requirements
- Stay updated on market trends and identify opportunities to enhance and upgrade existing mall offerings
- Maximize mall space utilization to drive efficiency and profitability
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key tenants to share best practices, address challenges, and improve business performance
- Act as a key contact between tenants and mall operations team to resolve operational issues (e.g., maintenance problems)
- Maintain fair and professional relationships with tenants
- Build partnerships with SME operators and franchisors to expand business opportunities and branches
- Identify new business opportunities to optimize mall space and increase revenue
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Experience in marketing and consumer product sales is an advantage
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- 3–5 years of experience in leasing, retail, or related fields
- Experience in handling GP (Gross Profit) arrangements is preferred
