Job description
- Provide first-level support for SAP HANA, SAP Business One (SAP B1), Distribution Management System (DMS), Content Management System (CMS), Insurance applications, Super SaaS, and Stripe.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone and email, troubleshooting application-related issues to resolve incidents within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct system monitoring to identify potential issues, analyzing logs and error messages for proactive resolution.
- Assist end-users with system navigation, functionality, and best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Create user guides, conduct training sessions, and provide support during application rollouts and updates.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and frequently asked questions for the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues beyond first level support capabilities.
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาระบบสารสนเทศ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 1-3ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ support application หรือ system ภายในองค์กร
- มีความรู้พื้นฐาน เช่น SAP HANA, SAP Business One (SAP B1), DMS, CMS, Super SaaS, and Stripe.
