- Coordinate with transporters and logistics service providers to arrange daily deliveries and shipments.
- Monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time and accurate delivery to customers or internal locations.
- Prepare, record, and update transportation and delivery data in the SAP system.
- Handle transportation-related issues, delays, or complaints, and coordinate solutions with relevant parties.
- Support return shipments and follow up on returned goods when required.
- Perform truck inspection as required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly transportation and logistics reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Service & Planner.
- Perform other logistics and transportation-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Experience in coordinating with transporters or logistics providers is an advantage.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics/SAP systems.
- Good data entry, record-keeping, and documentation skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of transportation processes and logistics operations.
- Good command of Thai and basic English communication.
