Job description
- ดูแลการทำเงินเดือนให้ลูกค้าแบบครบวงจร (End-to-End Payroll)
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลพนักงานลูกค้า เช่น การเข้างาน OT Commission Allowance Variable Pay
- คีย์และประมวลผลเงินเดือนให้ถูกต้อง และส่งรายงานให้ลูกค้าตามกำหนด
- จัดเตรียม Payslip, Salary Summary, Bank Upload File
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 ปีขึ้นไปในงาน Payroll หรือ Outsource Payroll (พิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่ที่มีประสบการณ์ฝึกงานด้าน Payroll)
- ความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน ภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา และประกันสังคม
- ทักษะ MS Excel ดี (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Basic Formulas)
- ทำงานละเอียด รอบคอบ รักษาความลับได้ดี
- มีทักษะสื่อสารและประสานงานกับลูกค้า
