Job description
Manage end-to-end HR operations and payroll services for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients; handle inquiries, provide HR/payroll solutions, and resolve escalated issues.
Lead and supervise the HR/Payroll team, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure service excellence.
Oversee employee data management, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, social security updates, and benefits administration.
Review and approve monthly payroll reports, HR documents, and client-required summaries.
Ensure compliance with Thai labor law and company policies.
Drive process improvements and support system enhancements or client onboarding projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in HR operations or payroll, with at least 2–3 years of team leadership or managerial experience.
Strong understanding of Thai labor laws, payroll processes, and HR systems.
Good command of English communication (both written and spoken).
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRIS/Payroll systems.
Service-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
