Job description
- • ประสานงานข้อมูลการยื่นวีซ่าผ่านโทรศัพท์ แชท และอีเมล
- ดูแลและให้บริการลูกค้าที่เข้ามายื่นและตรวจสอบเอกสารวีซ่า
- ประสานงานกับสถานทูตและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและแปลเอกสารได้ในระดับ Fair ขึ้นไป(มีการทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นกับ PRTR)
- ยินดีรับผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ฝึกงานด้าน Customer Service หรือ Admin
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) ได้
- อายุระหว่าง 21 – 35 ปี
