Job description
- Source and post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Conduct candidate sourcing for hub staff positions
- Conduct interviews and screen candidates based on the qualifications and criteria defined by the organization
- Evaluate candidates’ suitability in terms of skills, experience, and work readiness
- Notify candidates of selection results and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all next steps are completed accurately and properly
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates during the pre-employment period, including tracking and confirming their actual start date
- Support team operations and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Manage the "First Day/Week Experience" by providing on-site support
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any field with 0-3 years of work experience
- Experience in recruitment, telesales, or call center operations will be preferred.
- Ability to work full-time at various on-site operational units as assigned.
- Has strong coordination and communication skills.
- Provide support with a helpful and service-oriented mindset to candidates.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Basic computer skills (e.g. MS Excel, Google Sheets)
- Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks
