- ดูแลลูกค้าหลังการขาย
- รับแจ้งซ่อม / เคลม / ปัญหาการใช้งาน
- ประสานงานช่างและทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามงานซ่อมและแจ้งสถานะลูกค้า
- ดูแลเอกสารและข้อมูล Service
- แก้ไขปัญหาและสร้างความพึงพอใจให้ลูกค้า
- คุณสมบัติ
Qualifications
- อายุประมาณ 22–35 ปี
- ปวส. / ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- หากมีประสบการณ์ Customer Service / After Sales / Service Center จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- รักงานบริการ สื่อสารและประสานงานได้ดี
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- ใช้ Microsoft Office ได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า / Electronics / Mobile / Automotive / Service Center จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
