Job description
- ดูแลลูกค้าผ่าน Chat / Voice (Skill POS)
- ให้ข้อมูล รับเรื่อง และแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานเครื่อง POS
- ประสานงานและติดตามเคสลูกค้า
- หากมีประสบการณ์รับเคส / บันทึกเคส จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ Call Center อย่างน้อย 6 เดือน
- หากมีความรู้เรื่องเครื่อง POS จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ 24 ชั่วโมง / ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (หยุดไม่ตรงเสาร์–อาทิตย์)
- รับแรงกดดันได้ดี และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
