Job description
- Transform HR knowledge into engaging content — turn traditional documents into AI characters, visuals, infographics, and learning materials
- Create & experiment with AI — use ChatGPT, Claude, and other Generative AI tools to develop storylines, scripts, visuals, and creative concepts
- Explore what’s next — discover new AI tools and creative ways to make HR communication and learning more engaging
- Connect & coordinate across HR teams — work with different departments to bring ideas and projects together
- Keep projects moving — support project follow-ups, track progress, and help ensure key actions stay on track
- Support our HR Business Partners — contribute to selected People & Culture initiatives and business-related HR projects
Qualifications
- Interested in HR, Content Creation, AI, or Digital Media
- Creative, curious, and always excited to learn something new
- Comfortable using or eager to explore AI tools and new technology
- Able to turn ideas or complex information into simple, engaging content
- Enjoy creating, experimenting, and bringing new ideas to life
