Job description
- 1. Manage order management process i.e. create sales order, stock transport order etc.
- 2. Weight scale for inbound and outbound.
- 3. Posted goods issue (PGI).
- 4.Handle truck management / deal with transportation company
- 5. Working, coordinate and cross functional communication with various teams and with internal & external customer (N/A).
- 6. Working for all administrative tasks related Customer Service function i.e. document filling etc.
- 7. Issue the reports.
- 8. Other as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related fields.
- Can work under pressure, do attitude, problem solving skill, service-oriented mindset, strong communication and work with various departments.
- Computer literacy with SAP and excel experience will be a plus.
- Experience in logistic / transportation or supply chain
- At least 2 years’ experience of customer service and logistic/ transport will be a plus
- Fair command in English
- Working hours 08:00 am. - 05:00 pm.
- Can work 6 days / week; Monday – Saturday
- If applicant is local employee will be advantaged.
