Description :
- Purchasing & Supplier Management: Issue POs, manage purchasing lead times, and ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and lead performance review meetings.
- Demand & Inventory Coordination: Align with demand planners, monitor incoming shipments, and adjust supply flow to meet demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Supplier Performance & Compliance: Track supplier performance (On-time delivery, lead time, quality) and follow up on improvement actions.
- Manage price negotiations, special price approvals (SPA), and B2B orders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and warehouse teams to support purchasing requirements and ensure smooth operations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare key reports, such as PO tracking, overdue reports, and supplier performance summaries.
- Other Duties: Handle tasks assigned by the manager as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or sourcing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
