Job description
- Negotiate with tenants for contract renewals and partnerships across Food and Non-Food categories in all formats of Lotus’s and Makro
- Analyze financial performance, identify opportunities, and provide business insights to support tenant management
- Prepare regular financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support contract renewal tracking and performance evaluation
- Manage renewal income KPIs, partnership income KPIs, and LOI progress KPIs
- Assist the Senior Leasing Manager in assigned projects and manage stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate and liaise between tenants and internal teams (Leasing, Tenant Coordinators, Accounting, Debt, FM, Mall Operations)
- Resolve operational issues between tenants and mall operations teams (e.g., maintenance issues)
- Ensure fair and professional tenant management
- Handle customer complaints and act as a one-stop service point for tenant support
- Identify opportunities to improve processes in reporting, analysis, lease planning, and operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., BBA, Finance)
- At least 3 years of leasing experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer service mindset
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word (Power BI is a plus)
- Ability to plan, organize, and work under pressure
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Marketing and consumer product selling experience is a plus
- Good command of English
