Job description
- Payment process
- for all export documents : ensure accuracy of invoices, PO numbers, and supporting documents, prepare/get approval before submitting to Finance.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (suppliers, logistics, accounting) for required documents.
- Monitor payment schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Update and maintain payment records in the system.
- Support monthly reports related to payments.
- Assist in resolving payment issues or queries from suppliers.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field required.
- 1-2 years of experience in Logistics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication in Thai and English
- Multitasking with well-organized
