Job description

  • Payment process
  • for all export documents :  ensure accuracy of invoices, PO numbers, and supporting documents, prepare/get approval before submitting to Finance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams (suppliers, logistics, accounting) for required documents.
  • Monitor payment schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Update and maintain payment records in the system.
  • Support monthly reports related to payments.
  • Assist in resolving payment issues or queries from suppliers.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Logistics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication in Thai and English
  • Multitasking with well-organized
