Job description

  • Lead the corporate digital solution team with the clear strategic digital ecosystem
  • Manage and monitor the excellent digital performance including website and app analytic, social media performance, SEO, SEM, paid media, and most importantly, digital funnelanalysis with recommendation.
  • Understand the customer journey to further drive the best UX and UI experiences.
  • Leverage the data and digital tools to drive and optimize the efficient performance in order to deliver the business result as set.
  • Collaborate with marketing in business units to drive the platform efficiency, digital funnel health,
  • Manage and drive holistic e-commerce channels (inc. virtual commerce)
  • Explore the new marketing technology in order to expand the digital tools capabilities.
  • Drive new digital initiatives to further drive branding and business to another level.
  • Develop the engaged social content that fit well with the platform and relevant target audiences.
  • Manage the social sentiment to be positive, and be able to act responsibly on the social crisis with the fast pace.
  • Work closely with digital agency to build the best digital marketing plan.
  • Work closely with other functional team in corporate marketing (particularly with brand management team, CRM, creative), data team, IT team and other relevant business units to drive the infrastructure, tools, campaign details on a consistent basis.
  • Lead, inspire and coach the digital team member to be one of the best digital marketers in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of performance marketing experiences; either in digital marketing agency or digital marketing team.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in managing the whole team of digital solution team to deliver the best result.
  • Understand the marketing technology to be able to adapt for our advantage.
  • Hands on experience in digital ads campaign, with the knowledge in google analytics, SEO, CDP, CRM.
  • Experience in E-commerce is a plus.
  • Possess data-driven marketing mindset.
  • Detail oriented, yet with strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with positive attitude
